WHITENING SKIN WITH RICE IN Just 20 Minutes - GET LITTLE FROM SKIN STAINS / Skin Whitening Mask

Hello all my dear friends.


Today I prepared a skin #whitening mask recipe to whiten our face, to remove dark spots and blemishes on our face, to even out skin tone, to tighten our skin.

We will prepare it with 2 natural materials, we can prepare it once and store it in the refrigerator for 1 week-10 days and use it.

Materials:

1 tablespoon of rice flour (If you can't find it, you can get it by grinding the rice)

Half a cup of milk

Half a cup of water


Preparation:

We put our rice flour in a bowl.

Add half a cup of milk to it.

Add half a cup of water to it and mix it well.

We cook at the lowest temperature of the smallest stove, stirring constantly during cooking.

We cook it until there is no water left in it.

We give it a solid consistency.

Take it off the stove and mix it again until it cools down.


Application:

We can apply it to our skin every evening.

In the evening, we apply it to our clean skin by massaging it from bottom to top for 5 minutes.

We wait 20 minutes.

We wash our skin first with lukewarm and then with cold water.

We apply tonic and moisturizer suitable for our skin and end our care.

You can also apply it to hands, knees, elbows in the same way.


If you have sensitive or dry skin, you can add milk instead of water.

If your skin is excessively oily, you can just add water to the cream.

You can also add a teaspoon of olive oil or almond oil.

We keep our cream in the refrigerator, if it gets too solid, you can add a little warm milk to it.
