Hello all my dear friends.
In this article, we will use flaxseed and rice to remove skin spots, all the spots on our skin. I'm going to talk about a wonderful cream recipe that will remove sun spots, pregnancy spots, freckles and similar spots on your face.
It not only removes blemishes, but also tightens our skin so well that it evens out the skin tone, gives the skin a luminous appearance, and makes our skin look like a baby.
You can reach the preparation stage and tricks of the cream in my YouTube video below.
Materials:
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon of rice
1 cup of boiling water
1 teaspoon Aloe vera gel
1 teaspoon of vitamin E (You can find equivalent ingredients in the video)
Preparation:
We need to have a glass, lidded container.
We add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed into our container.
Add 1 tablespoon of rice to it.
We pour 1 glass of boiling water into our bowl and mix it.
We close the lid of our container and leave it like this for 2 hours.
In the waiting phase, we need to open the lid and mix 2-3 times.
At the end of 2 hours, our flax seeds will be swollen and our water will have a gel consistency.
We transfer our mixture to a heat-resistant bowl and start cooking our mixture on the lowest degree of the smallest stove.
After it starts to boil, we cook for 5 minutes.
Let the mixture cool, it will thicken as it cools.
With the help of a clean cotton cloth, we strain our mixture into a bowl.
We add 1 tablespoon of Aloe vera gel into the gel we have filtered.
Add 1 teaspoon of vitamin E to our mixture and mix well.
Our mixture is ready, we keep our cream in a glass container with a lid.
Application:
In the evening, we apply it to our clean skin by massaging for 5 minutes.
If you do not feel discomfort, it can stay on your skin until the morning, if you feel discomfort, you should wash your face after 30 minutes.
You can apply it all over your skin, including under the eyes.
You can test it on a small part of your skin for allergic reactions.
I hope it was useful. Don't forget to follow me on Instagram, YouTube and Twitter for more natural recipes. :)
